  • Empowering their subordinates – leaders won’t be forever in their position because someday they will resign or retire from the company, and the torch must be passed on to someone.

Empowering their subordinates is not just passing the responsibilities to them, but it is an offer to promote them and a sign that they trust the person to work in that position.
